Effective 9 October 2026. In short: the figures on this site are estimates, a quote is not a booking, the operator flies the aircraft, and your charter agreement governs the flight.

About us

Private Jet to Palm Beach is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. We arrange flights but do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier.

Quotes and bookings

A quote is an estimate based on your request and the operator’s information at the time; it does not bind you or us. Your booking is made only when you sign a charter agreement, and the operating carrier’s name and details are disclosed to you before you book.

Availability

Until a booking is made, every aircraft depends on availability and on the operator confirming it. In peak weeks an aircraft may be committed to another client first; we will then offer the closest alternatives we can find.

Taxes and fees

For flights within the United States, quotes include the 7.5% federal excise tax and segment fees unless stated otherwise. Charges that cannot be known in advance, such as de-icing, extra waiting or changes you request, are billed under your charter agreement. International journeys carry their own taxes and fees, shown on the quote.

Payment and cancellation

Payment, change and cancellation terms are those in your charter agreement, which prevails over this site.

Operational decisions

The operator holds operational control of every flight, and the pilot in command may delay, divert or cancel for reasons of safety, weather, air traffic control or regulation.

Passengers

Please give accurate details, carry valid identification and travel documents, and follow the crew’s instructions and the operator’s rules on baggage, pets and conduct.

Liability

We take care over this site but provide it without warranties. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not limited, and matters relating to a flight are governed by your charter agreement.
