The broker behind the site
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet to Palm Beach. In this policy, “we” refers to Charter Jet One on behalf of Private Jet to Palm Beach.
Information you give us
Your name, email address and telephone number; your journey (airports, dates, number of passengers); any notes, such as luggage, dogs or preferred times; and whether you would like occasional offers. Along with the request we receive the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed, for example utm_source.
How we use it
We use your information to look for aircraft, prepare quotes and contact you about your journey by email, telephone or text. If you book, we share the passenger details the operator needs to fly you. If you asked for offers, we may send occasional news of empty legs to or from Palm Beach, and a reply asking us to stop is all it takes. Some records are kept because tax and accounting rules require them.
Sharing
Information goes only to the operating carrier and to the service providers involved in quoting and booking your flight, such as ground handlers and the firms that host our website and email. We disclose information where the law requires it. We never sell it, and advertisers do not receive it.
Retention
We keep a request while it is being answered and followed up, and booking records for as long as tax, accounting and aviation rules require. Information we no longer need is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights

Requests are sent over an encrypted connection and seen only by the people arranging your journey.
Children
The site is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Journeys for children are arranged by a parent or guardian.
